Do You Know What’s in Your Freezer?

This “Outside the Freezer List” will make sure you know what’s in there…so you use it up!

How many times do you find yourself rummaging through your freezer wondering if there is another vegetable soup, somewhere? “I know I had one more, somewhere” isn’t always good enough. Especially when you want said veggie soup to defrost while you are at work and you really need to rush and get out of the house, like, now.

This is a simple list that I keep on my freezer, it changes and gets updated as my weeks go by. Used a chicken soup? Cross it off. Baked more challos? Draw more circles. No more guessing, no more looking for lost soups. And best of all, no surprises come a week before Pesach. Know what you have, and use it efficiently.

This list is especially useful when stocking up a freezer for Yom Tov.
