Beef Chili Pizza

Meat pizzas are always a hit. They stretch meat really far, fill everyone up, and make an easy meal.

They’re perfect for a Sunday night dinner with leftover meats or as fun party food that everyone will love.

Our Best Meat Pizza with Pastrami and Facon is true party food — rich, savory, and satisfying. It’s also a perfect addition to your Shabbos day lunch or a Chanukah gathering.

Then there’s the Corned Beef Pizza, which feeds a big crowd for a great price — a budget-friendly way to serve meat and make it special.

We’ve also shared other creative ways to use leftover deli or shredded beef in 4 Must-Try Flatbreads for Your Party (or Just an Easy Dinner!).

And sometimes, inspiration just comes from what’s in the fridge. One day, we had some leftover beef chili. It was not enough for another full dinner, but too good to waste. That’s when this idea was born.

Use any flatbread, pareve pizza crust, or soft pita breads like we used here.

Spread on some garlic mayo (or any mayo-based dressing).

Top with the beef chili.

Drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce (we love Sweet Baby Ray’s).

Bake until they’re hot and golden!

Want a great side dish? We served these Beef Chili Pizzas with Corn Riblets.

Looks yum! This has been in our weekly supper rotation for a while using stonefire pizza crust from Costco. If you have a few extra min, top this with some fried onions mushrooms and peppers! Mmmmm….
