It’s simple, but it’s definitely a staple.
Back in 2017, we posted all our favorite Pesach dips together in two posts, with a few dips in each post. These are more than staples–they’re annual must haves. Because of the format of our new recipe index’s search features, we’re separating these dips into their own posts so that you can find them more easily (and, yes, they have new pretty photos too).
So if you’re not yet enjoying these in your home this Pesach, perhaps it’s time to try.
Creamy Avocado Dip is great for Shabbos, Yom Tov, or to bring along on trips with some Pesach crackers!

This quantity will fill a ½ lb container. If you pack it down well and seal it with plastic wrap and cover, you can leave this in the fridge for 3-4 days without it turning brown. Once you open it and air comes in, it will gradually turn brown.

We used our favorite food processor for this recipe. The Braun. It’s our favorite food processor. We especially love it for our Basic Potato Kugel. Once you have it out, here are some more ways to use your food processor.

Place all ingredients in a food processor.

Blend well.
