Chocolate Cookies for all the Chocoholics to Enjoy on Pesach 

Why mess around with extras when all you really need is chocolate??

Ingredients
  • 1 ½  cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • ¼ tsp coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • 4½ cups ground almonds
  • 5 bars Noblesse chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
  2. Combine all ingredients besides the melted chocolate and mix well.  Add melted chocolate.
  3. Using wet hands or a cookie scoop, roll walnut sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
