Wellness Delivered is fully booked in Cleveland and Toronto… and now Lakewooders can enjoy the convenience and taste of fresh meals, delivered daily…while losing weight too. The next 17-day cycle for Lakewood begins October 27th.
Each evening, a bag is dropped off at Shira’s front door from Wellness Delivered, containing all the freshly prepared food for her to eat the following day. There’s that fresh lemon that she’s supposed to squeeze and drink with hot water added, as soon as she gets up. There’s an egg white frittata with arugula and pepper that she’ll enjoy for breakfast along with Greek yogurt, fruit, and tea. Lunch is going to be amazing. It’s a half of a large spaghetti squash that’s been seasoned with basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic and it’s topped with marinara, mozzarella, and sauteed veggies like onions, mushrooms, and peppers, and blistered tomatoes.
And we didn’t even get to the generous dinner…
Shira has never been able to stick to a healthy diet before, because frankly, she never had time to cook healthy food for herself. And it’s all so delicious! She’s never felt so good…and not deprived, not at all. If this is called dieting, she can do this all day, no problem. It doesn’t feel like a diet at all…it just feels like wholesome living! And, of course, the pounds are starting to melt away too.
Wellness Delivered is the luxury diet for those who want to eat healthy, delicious food …but really don’t have the time or know-how to prepare it themselves. It’s just like having your own personal chef. Cooks prepare the food fresh each day, package it up, and bring it straight to your door…all you need to do is warm it up the next day. The menu changes every day, with exciting new dishes to enjoy daily!
The diet cycle, which lasts for 17 days, really gets the participants in the groove of enjoying healthy eating… they lose weight without ever feeling hungry! For those who suffer from high cholesterol or high blood sugar (the menus are particularly effective in combating these conditions), it’s not merely a diet. Learning to enjoy wholesome foods this way can turn around their health completely.
Who is behind Wellness Delivered? That’s Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Miriam Koval.
“I grew up in a home that focused on good health and wellness. As a young child, I remember doing yoga with my mother before anyone knew what yoga was! I came downstairs to a healthy, wholesome breakfast every morning. We had a vegetable garden in our backyard and we’d pick the fresh fruits and vegetables. My mother would bake her own wholesome cakes, which we loved. It was wonderful,” Miriam tells us.
Miriam had been working in a high school office, which she loved (she loves teens!), while also going to school for integrative nutrition, which really interested her. There was one physician she knew who told her that she really struggled, “I wish I could eat healthily. But I just don’t have the time! I wish someone could cook healthy meals for me.”
Miriam had heard that sentiment from people before…we wish we could eat healthily…but we don’t have the time to do it…
So Miriam started cooking for her and others. More and more people wanted Wellness Delivered…until it began a full-time business. Today, Wellness Delivered has kitchens and teams in Cleveland, Toronto, and Lakewood, where a team of cooks prepare Miriam’s recipes in professional kitchens. What’s in the Wellness Delivered diet?
There are no powders or bars. It’s simply all healthy food, including lean proteins and a tremendous amount of vegetables. They’re broiled, roasted, sauteed, charred, or enjoyed fresh. There are probiotics and proteins from yogurt. There’s fruit, hot lemon water, and three green teas a day which provide antioxidants and a boost to the metabolic rate. It’s a truly healthy diet.
The goal is that this should be so easy and doable — anyone will be successful.
Imagine — healthy, delicious meals — with no shopping or meal prep needed! No work at all!
It’s easy to take the meals to work or bring them wherever your day takes you.
“Wellness Delivered is not calorie-based. You’re supposed to feel comfortably full. It’s low carb but not no-carb. You’re simply eating the right foods,” Miriam says.
What does one do after the 17 days? “I have a session with each client and plan for the future. I work with everyone to turn it into a lifestyle long term. Wellness Delivered gets you accustomed to healthy habits. We’ve had clients who have gone for their well-checks, and have seen all their numbers improve. They’ve had high cholesterol or high blood pressure. But when they eat properly, they do so much better.
After the 17 days, Wellness Delivered clients have already had their healthy habits kick-started. They are high in energy and very motivated to continue. Miriam works with each client to make a plan for future success once the 17 days are over. Whether they want to maintain or continue losing, Miriam guides each client on which types of foods to eat and when, and how to prepare them. If this was something that didn’t fit into their schedule before, she may even help them figure out just how it can! Everyone has different needs.
The Wellness Delivered plan costs $2200 for the 17-day cycle, including guidance for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. For most clients, the 17 days are enough to kickstart their new lifetime habits. Those that wish to continue on the next cycle can if they wish as well.

This looks like an amazing program! I wish it would be available near me.
Is there any chance this program will be available on the west coast?
