Pump Soap Dispensers Will Upgrade Your Counters

Spruce up your kitchen sink or the shower niche with sleek bottles that match your decor.

Let’s start by saying that this is extra. Definitely not a need. But if little aesthetic upgrades bring you joy, it might be a great idea for you. Change out one bottle or every bottle in your house – it’s up to you!

Palmolive Ultra Pure + Clear Liquid Dish Soap Detergent - Fragrance Free in a Clear Soap Dispenser near a kitchen sink.

Leah recently mentioned how she was constantly annoyed by the bright green bottle of Palmolive that sits near her kitchen sink. She was excited to find these simple pump bottles that come with gold or silver trim – whichever works better for your decor.

She filled the bottle with Palmolive and it was a big improvement. (Then I pointed out that Palmolive comes in a clear formula, so there’s no need for the eye-popping green at all. That was a bigger improvement.)

I generally keep my dish soap under the sink when not in use, so this didn’t speak to me. But for a while now, I’ve been transferring my shower “stuff” into matching pump bottles. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash look so much nicer in just a simple matching bottle. I personally prefer a translucent bottle so you can tell how much is left in the bottle without the messy look of different colors and textures of each product. Yes, I did say it’s “extra.”

Now, have you ever tried transferring Dove body wash from a pump bottle into another bottle? You can either pump, pump, pump until your arm gets tired, or simply transfer the body wash to a ziploc bag

and “pipe” it into the smaller bottle like frosting.

So simple!

As for labels, I’m still waiting for my daughter to make some for me with her Cricut. Until then, these simple labels let us know what’s in each bottle.

I have ones by Casabella called “sink sider duo or solo” for years ( on amazon) that are specifically designed for using while washing dishes and work and last amazing. Of course, for years I’ve been filling with clear soap 🙂 for the shampoo bottles, you can buy cute ones on Amazon that come in a set saying Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash (like they have in the hotels nowadays)
