Rotev pizza is the Israeli dipping sauce for pizza. It’s the single quickest upgrade you can bring to your melave malkah dinner!

So excited to make this! Any idea how long this will last in the fridge?
About 1-2 weeks. You can also easily halve the recipe if you don’t need that much.
Always thought it was just pizza sauce and mayo ????
Do you think it freezes well?
It may. You can try a small bit and let us know.
Hi this is a watery mess and tastes nothing like rotev.
I use less water, add cayenne pepper, and omit the sugar and cumin….
Made this to go with homemade pizza and now my husband eats it with everything!!! Delicious!!!
The pizza dipping sauce you put in Fresh & Easy (p.74) seems quicker to make (no garlic and less ingredients) and is amazing! It tastes like the real deal!! This one doesn’t look as good…
