Use Low fat mayonnaise for a lighter version.

Serves: 1 squeeze bottle
Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (use less if you don’t like things too spicy)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Pinch of cumin
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together with a stick blender or in a food processor.

      About 1-2 weeks. You can also easily halve the recipe if you don’t need that much.

      I use less water, add cayenne pepper, and omit the sugar and cumin….

    The pizza dipping sauce you put in Fresh & Easy (p.74) seems quicker to make (no garlic and less ingredients) and is amazing! It tastes like the real deal!! This one doesn’t look as good…
