Hamantaschen Pizza Bourekas

Keep these Hamantaschen simple with sauce and cheese, or fill up wheat tortillas (wraps) with any of your favorite fillings.

Comes Chodesh Adar (and this year, come Purim Katan) and we try to bring in the spirit of Purim into the house. What says Purim more than Hamentashen? Hamentschen.

Yes, you can make classic Hamantaschen. Yet, we’ve always been fans of the savory Hamantaschen-inspired recipes like deli Hamantaschen, eggroll Hamantaschen (yum!). These meat tortillas Hamantaschen work great as a dinner or appetizer for the Purim seudah. You can also use pizza rounds to make these Hamantaschen 4 easy ways.

These Pizza Bourekas use our favorite wheat wraps. There’s no rolling dough and they take minutes to prepare. Dinner is done and Purim is felt in the air!

Can you refrigerate or freeze between steps? Like if I want to prep in the morning and bake when I get home from work?

I have the same question as Y: ‘Can you refrigerate or freeze between steps? Like if I want to prep in the morning and bake when I get home from work?”
