There’s no protein out there that’s as budget-friendly and family-friendly as ground meat!
There’s perhaps no better bang-for-the-buck dinner out there. Ground chicken or beef stretches more than any other protein, and is typically very family-friendly.
Almost every member of the family loves tacos or meatballs or recipes like Dinner Done’s Saucy Sesame Chicken. Ground beef/chicken often manages to do the impossible–please (mostly) everyone.
Plus: They’re easy to make ahead, or easy to freeze the leftovers to take out another time (really, no one is going to know). Because of that, most ground meat dinners (typically those where the meat stays separate from other components) are the type that you could totally double up and freeze half.
Because of that, we knew it would be a good idea to put all our ground beef and chicken ideas in one place. There’s more in the works!
