With darker days and the start of sweater weather, now is the time to start serving soups.
Soups are one of those must-have freezer items. But that doesn’t mean you need to cook just for your freezer. Starting from now, whenever you prepare a soup, double it up, and freeze half for another night. Others like to cook one soup and eat it as many nights as it takes to finish it (some families have “the weekly” soup. There’s always something available if someone is in the mood of soup!).
We’re really excited about the soup recipes we shared in our upcoming cookbook Dinner Done 2. For those new recipes, you’ll need to wait just a bit longer. Until then, enjoy these recipes we’ve shared over the years.

Just put up the flanken split pea soup for dinner and it looks and smells divine. Thanks for the inspiration on this rainy day
Hi, I have a full roast in my freezer that I’m not using.
